Best regards, Victor Hsu 回复:  Hi Victor, How about you come and check the house first and discuss a bit more? The neighborhood and street are quiet. We actually don\'t have common wall with neighbors. But bear in mind that we are sharing the house, some normal sounds in normal living time ie TV, music and phones, can\'t be eliminated. The lease term is flexible. Two weeks notice of termination from either party is sufficient. No gas is used in this property, only electricity and water. Normal living use is allowed based on common sense. I don\'t really keep an eye on you strictly. I would appreciate your responsible saving manner. There should not be other extra cost apart from your own arrangement of internet discussed before, unless you break things in the house. If you are going to sign up an ADSL contract, make sure it is transferrable when moving out. I don\'t prepare formal legal lease contract because this is just a private letting. However I will prepare a written agreement to cover all the details for our signatures. Hope this helps.     [2014-01-26 09:16:19]
