房东是澳洲人（我男朋友，因为我不在澳洲，所以把一个房间出租），full-time工作，在学中文，也希望结交中国朋友。

租金$115一周包水电，不包上网、电话。家具厨具（电饭煲、洗衣机等等）全包。拧包即入，如有需要，可帮忙搬屋。租约至少3个月，退约需两周通知。
