The PAC in Cuspac literally means the Australia-Asia-Pacific region we are in, it can also means team. Cusp literally means meeting point or the pinnacle of the top of a building point. Literally when I founded the company my vision is to see us striving to be the best in real estate industry servicing our clients in the Asia Pacific region, helping people to invest into Australia and help them manage their portfolio stress-free.
The people who joined us have found a new career in real estate that unleashes an unlimited potential for them to make their dream possible. Many has found a new sense of direction and realized what the property industry can bring to them. Some of my clients had actually taken the bold step to become developer themselves. I’m very proud of them for taking the bold step and grateful that I can be part of the seeds of inspiration and also part of the team that realizes their aspirations.
At Cuspac we are not only passionate about the property industry; we have faith in the Australia property market which will continue to grow because of population growth and migration. As we would have already known Australia has approximately 5% of the world land mass but less than 0.3% of the world population. Most of Australia major cities had been continuously being ranked as the most livable city in the whole world, especially Melbourne has been ranked as the World Most Livable City many years in a row in a decade. Australia has continually been the preference destination for migration from people all around the world from Asia, America, Europe, India, Sri Lankan and Middle East. Almost any background or ethnic groups is represented in this multi-cultural country we call Australia.
In spite of the migration which is happening for the past 100 years, the property market in Australia is at its infant stage. When population continue to exponentially grows together with migration, can you imagine what will happen to the property market in the next 10 or 20 years?
