I will arrive in Montreal on 6/22. Need to rent a place to live untill 7/30. I may also extend the lease to one year after 7/30.

I'm single female. Clean, easy-goiong. Love music and reading. It doesn't matter whether it's shared apartment or a studio or a room in a house as long as it matches the following criteria:

1. Furnished with high speed internet, telephone, cable TV, frige, stove and kitchen facilities. Washing machine and dryer can be inside the room or in the building.
2. The room I live has to be clean and bright with windown. Around 15 squre meters big. It'd better be newly painted.
3. metro station should be within 10 minutes walking distance.
4. No animals in the room.
5. Quiet and clean community.
