A small Family me my Wife and our 1.5 year little Ryan Adam are moving soon to Vancouver.
We are looking for a small appartment 2 bedrooms basement would be good and we are prepared to pay as from 550 and up for the right place.
We speak some chinese (mandarin) so making conversation would not be a problem.
We are non spmokers - and have no pet - pretty discreet and my little Ryan Adan would bring you joy as he is all the time smiling.
