I'm a new student at the University of Waterloo starting this fall. I would like to rent a room in a house/condo/apartment near UW (within 15 min driving). I would like to start from Aug 1st. The period should be at least 4 month. If I enjoy the experience, I would possibly extend the lease to one or more years (during my phd study). I expect the rent to be less than $400 a month.
