Only 2 mins walk to tram stop 60 (LaTrobe University). I am a student (Chinese) studying in La Trobe Uni. I'm looking for a clean and tiny person. The unit lives only you and i and my boyfriend (3 pple in total). Basic furniture is provided in your room and you don't have to worry about heater, refridgerator, washing machine, or cook ware. Your room rate is 125/wk or 120/wk (but 130 or 125/wk during June-Aug bcoz of the hot water for shower and heater) all bills included (i won't tell you to use the shower within 10 mins/ daily or stopping you from useing heater when u feel cold). However, i may only share the internet in an appropriate manner (we only have Telstra supa fast speed 20 GB/mth and i believe approx. 5-7 GB is pretty enough for a student. Your room rate can be reduced to 120/wk (all bills included) if internet is not needed)
