I am an exchange student for Monash University Caufield Campus from China. I would like to have an apartment for 6 months. Close to the campus with all living facilities. Broad band and kitchen is a must.Also with air conditioner and heat, water and electricity should be provided. I would arrive on July 17th or 18th and if possible, I would like to visit the house first. Pls email me asap if possible.
