Hi!

I am from Taiwan. I am currently working in the hospital near University Avenue. Wish to find the apartment to share with. I don't like my current apartment, so I decided to move out. If you own the condo with one more room for rent in nearby area, it is super. I don't have to worry about moving again. I have two-year contract with my job. So I can commit to live till I am done with my research work. I prefer in downtown area because I work all the time. I am sure you will be happy to have me as a tennant because I am in the lab longer than I stay at home. If your location is in uptown, it is OK with me as long as it is close to subway. I need a parking space because I have a car.
