it is very important for us that there is a nice elementory school nearby.（附近有好小学为首选）

My family (my husband,8 years old daughter and I)will land into Vancouver on the end of Sep. 2004, and we are looking for a permanent residence names condo,apt.or house with all the necessary furniture (2 bedrooms,1 bathroom/washroom, high speed internet, nice and quiet neighborhood, nearby a nice elementary school and bus stations)
intended time of rent: at least 3 months (3-6months, or even longer, it depends on if the elementary school would be acceptabled).

No pet and smoking. we are clean,quiet and polite guys,please e-mail to me if there are some place available and detail the rentals and additional info.around it.Thanks !
