I am a 26-year sunny Chinese guy, will immigrate to Vancouver by the end of March, 2004. I urgently need to rent a room from April 1. If the condition is nice and cozy, I plan to rent permanently. I am now a Master degree student in the University of Amsterdam in Holland, a very well-educated, and well-mannered guy indeed.
