Three major subways are within 2-3 blocks of the building, No. 8 & No.10 & No.3 Trains and cabs consistently wait directly outside the building, making transportation extremely convenient and efficient. Chill neighborhood a quick trip away from North Sichuan Rd night life if you want it. 24/7 groceries, diners, shops, pubs, banks, parks, etc. Hongkou Football Stadium and shopping and restaurants are five mins walk.

A Chinese couple in their mid-40s who both are professional work full time. We are relaxed, clean, respectful of others' space, and pretty easy to get along with. If you are looking for staying with locals, this would be awesome! We like to have friends over from time to time... and we like to keep a warm atmosphere. So you are very welcome to have friends come over too! But sorry, no live-in boyfriends/girlfriends.

You will be staying with a Chinese-Speaking family who has prior experience catering the homestay international students from Europe. It will be a great opportunity to mingle with real Chinese locals and learn Mandarin and get to know local lifestyle.


Room is gonna be available as early as Oct. 15, must be able to sign at least 3-month lease. 1st month rent and security.
