it is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor in Matrotown.Only 2 minutes to Matrotown skytrain station, bus station, superstore, Burnaby libary, center park. 5minutes to community center(swimming pool and gym).
the room is new(whole carpet,floor had been changed in July)lately paited wall and new facilities..a very beautiful garden just opposite to our big balcony.
