位于city La Trobe St的两室一厅8成新Apartment。我是年初才从悉尼来墨尔本工作的，这个星期四（7月12号）刚刚签下，可是因为一些个人工作和学习的原因突然决定要回悉尼。所以现在需要把这个lease agreement转出去。可以现在就搬进去，7月21号才开始算房租。一周$330，two bedroom真的非常便宜。跟Ray White(网址： raywhite.com.au)签的，现在如果需要退lease,必须要找到愿意承租的人。地点非常好，以下是英文和中文介绍，本来我是要招一个房客的：

5-8分钟步行至Southern Cross Station. 步行3分钟去Coles, 楼下各种tram去RMIT, Melbourne Central，及city任何地方也就5分钟，及其便利。愿意走路的延La Trobe St走上去也一样，也就10分钟的样子。（楼下还有一个免费tram经过, 叫什么city circle，老墨尔本比偶懂～～）
