One person a room or the room can be shared by 2 persons at most. Incase if the room is to be shared, my friend and I will share it together. The apartment shall contain 3 rooms at most, while 2 is recommended.As to the rent, A$120 per week includes all the facilitates mentioned above. People share the apartment are not expected to smoke or drink, or breed animals. The rent period will be from July 11th to November 20.
