I have a bachelor apartment situated in Toronto's "Upper Beaches", the Crescent Place community affords unlimited convenience to residents.

My apt is located on the 26th floor, north facing. Bechelor apt without balcony. My current lease expires at the end of Sep., but I don't need this apt for the whole Sep.
I am looking for people either take over the lease or rent the apt for one-month, Sep. only.
If you want to take over the lease, your lease begins Oct.2002, but you move in Sep and pay Sep. rent directly to me and I only charge $555, which is $150 off what I am paying. (I paid $679/mon for the first year and $705/mon now.So I assume you will pay $679/mon or less for the first year.)
If you want to take the apt for only one month, simply pay me $555.

Only $555 for a bachelor apartment in a conveniently located high rise building, with the flexibity of moving in earlier than Aug. 31st.
