基本家具如床、衣柜等以及有基本电器（洗衣机之类的），
空调有或者没有都可以，不是特别需要
包宽带、最好可以包固定电话月租，share也可以

若水电煤都包的话$120 PW左右，$140pw以内
若share Bills $90-105 PW左右（视房间大小）
可接受的最短起租期：4-5月（至少会住半年的~）
离校区大概15-20分钟路程
会支付bonds, 大概$500左右

本人性格活泼开朗，但是对于自己住的地方喜欢安静，还有安全
夜猫子，但不会打扰别人休息
喜欢干净，喜欢动物（狗猫比较好……其它蜥蜴那些……最好不要）
但是不能叫我养……我除了金鱼和兔子别的都没有养过，没经验

Want to rent a single room near Caulfield area.

I need basic furniture(bed,wardrobe,desk,etc.), electronic appliance and optus cable
and the air-con is not really necessary
Monthly tel rental can be shared, but if including, that will be great.
of course I will pay the fee for using tel.

If retal includes bills(water, ele, etc), the acceptable rental is around $120 pw
If share bills, the acceptable rental is around $90-105pw(see the size of room)
and the least months of rent is 4-5 months. I don't want a short rent.

15-20 mins walk to Caulfield area that will be better.

I'm easy-going and alive, but I want the place I live is quiet enough and in the safe area.
