Hello! 我九月底要到LSE念硕士，希望在伦敦找到一个落脚的地方!

My profile:
我二十三岁，男性，香港人（能操普通话，不过始终不是native speaker，请体谅！）。我是个很爱清洁的人，也希望同屋能最少保持厨房和卫生间清洁。
抽烟：我不抽烟，也不能忍受同屋抽烟。
宠物：我没有宠物，不过很喜欢小动物。
Partying：我不喝酒，也很少去clubbing，不过偶而会在家里做广东菜，招待朋友。
其他：我估计星期六晚上会夜归（12点钟）。It is a plus if 同屋有基督徒！

Ideal house profile:
位置：在伦敦zone1或者zone2,要是zone2以外，只要近Central/Picadilly/ District/Northern line的tube station也可以考虑！
价钱：月租400磅，包水电和宽带，有基本家具！
大小：无所谓，不过一锭要够位置放一张大的书桌。
租期：九月分开始（最好是九月中-底），为期最少十二个月。

我现在人在荷兰，不过要是房子适合的话，我可以飞过来看房子。

Hi there! I am a 23-year-old Hong Kong Chinese who have just completed a bachelor degree in Holland, and I am currently looking for a room in London because I will be starting a postgraduate course in LSE in September 06! As a student I am quiet and industrious, as a housemate I am clean and tidy, and as a friend I like to chat once in a while! Please contact me if you are interested in letting me a room!

Ideal room profile:
Location: In zoom 1 or 2, however I will also consider living outside zone 2 provided that the property is along Picadilly/District/Central/ Northern line.
Price: 400 pounds per month, including water/electricity/internet, furnished (at least a bed and a wardrobe)
Size: not an issue, but it must be big enough to put a large study desk
Pets: I don't have pets but I don't mind pets
Smoking: I don't smoke and I can't stand my housemates smoking
Partying: I seldom go to clubbing, but I would occasionally invite a few friends over for a Cantonese cuisine
Contract length: at least 12 months starting from mid-September

Others: It is a plus if there are Christian housemates!

Note: I can fly over from the Netherlands to view the room before September, but renting it before September is not an option to me... Sorry!
