$750/mo: an ensuite bedroom with a bathroom directly attached to it is on upper level. Bedroom size is 13ft x 10ft. Closet size is 4.5ft x 4ft. This room is furnished with a full size bed, 6ft long desk, desk lamp, office chair, bookcase, and curtains.
This 3 level townhome was built in 2006. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry room on upper level; living, dinning and kitchen areas are on main level; a bedroom adjacent to a bathroom is on the lower level. Common areas on main level and washer/dryer on upper level are shared by all housemates. Parking is off the street.

This house is located close to bus stops (buses to UW and downtown are less than 30 min, buses to Northgate Mall are less than 15 min). Post office, library, restaurants, drug store, banks (Bank of America, Union Bank, and Chase Bank), and grocery stores (Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Fred Meyer) are in walking distance.
Full-time students (local or international) are welcome. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no heavy drinking, no shoes inside the house (in order to keep the carpet clean). The tenant is solely responsible for his/her own bedroom and bathroom cleaning. Also, he/she is expected to share the cleaning job in the common area with other housemates. We are looking for mature non-smoking student or professional who is focusing on studying/work and not into partying would be ideal. This is a place for those who value their privacy and want a nice respectful safe place to live.
Terms: 9 lease. 1st and last month’s rent, security deposit equal to one month rent are due at signing. Deposit is refundable. Application fee $45 is non refundable.
