I'm looking for someone to take over my rent since I'm moving out. The lease is with College Square managed by YMCA. PERFECT for students at melbourne university and RMIT because of its proximity.
The room is a twinshare apartment, which means you get two separate single beds in one bedroom. It also contains one living room, a study area, kitchen, and a bathroom. Current Contract is $1521 per month until Feb 2015. The price includes room rental plus gas, which means you need to pay for electricity and water internet etc..
Available to move in straight away. Foodworks store downstairs 2mins and woolworths 7mins on foot.
