there is a studio near the Monash Caulfield campus, include furniture, all of bills and one car park. it is quite area for people who live there. it just walk 2mins to Monash campus and 4 to 5mins to Caulfield station. there are lots of restaurants and Coles around this building. one month rent around $750. people who want to live between 15 days and 25 days, it will be fine. the rent price we can discuss together.
