Hi, Im an UWA student from Hong Kong. I'm renting out my bedroom for 3 months while I go back to HK for my summer holiday.
The apartment is located at Claremont, which is 15minutes away from the university if you take the bus.
The rent will be $180/week included all bills and available starting from 22/11/13-mid Feb 2014.You will be sharing the apartment with a lady staying at the living room.
