Looking for some one to take over my room in shared house in coburg as I ve got new job and have to move out soon.
The room is in the front of house with plenty of morning sun. the room comes with its own small kitchen and bathroom including fridge, microwave etc.
The Room is fully furnished with TV, DVD player, Queen sized bed and built in wardrobe and single sofa etc. And the house itself is a bit old and no separate lounge.
Of course, there is shared bathroom and kitchen in the house for other housemates who do not have their own.
You will share the house with 2 male uni students (currently). The place is most suitable for students as it is very quiet. no party house.
The house is located in Nicholson street walking distance to Sydney road(邮局，餐馆，超市，图书馆一应俱全）. No1 Tram is at the front. Stop 132. Only takes approx. 20 mins to Melbourne University.
The place is also close to Coburg lake great place for morning or evening walking. You can catch No903 bus to Preston market for fresh groceries.
Rent is $690 per month including all bills plus one month deposit paid on the 1st day moving in.
ps It is possible to move earlier than 30th November if you request.
Inspection is welcome Monday - Friday after 7.00pm but please let me know before you come. thanks.
