Conditions:
On the 1st floor in the 3 floors independent house, very nice location (2 minutes walk from Brookline Hills station - D line, Green), pretty scenery outside (park and ground), supportive and very kind landlord (they live in the 2nd floor and help us always!), laundry and drier are inside the same floor and can be used anytime for free, big kitchen and additional shared living room, heat and water are free, $600/month and shared fee for internet-wifi, electric, and gas (apprx. $35/month) per person.

I'll move out on 6/09/13 before evening. So, the next resident can move in on or after 6/09/13(Sunday) evening.
