I have to rent out my nice apt in Dynatown as I'm moving to Hong Kong for work.
Apt is around 80 m2, 2 bedrooms (one is pretty small), big living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Fully furnished, aircon in every room,washing mashine.
Downstair there Dynatown shopping mall, MC Donald, just across the street there are every kind of restaurant. Huying park is just 5 minutes away as well as tennis courts.
The compound have swimming pool and tennis courts as well that are due to be opened soon.
Landlord is a great person, always available and really helpfull.
Apt rent is 3200 RMB/month + 175 RMB/month management fees. 2 months deposit.
Internet already paid untill March 2013.
