Surrounding Environment:
It is one of the most graceful and safe residential areas in Queens, quite and air-fresh. If you have been here, you will know surrounding environment here is much better than Elmhurst, Grand Avenue...There are many supermarkets on the way from subway station to the house (Sears, Met, Keyfood and a Chinese supermarket). In a word, living here is very convenient.

Condition:
One dining room and a bathroom (sharing with two roommates, one is a young professional, the other is a PhD student). I offer all the furniture and equipments in my bed room, such as : bed , desk, bookshelf, TV(with CATV), high speed internet access. All these things are in good conditions.
Requirement: ONE tidy and honest CHINESE, prefer students.
