We're a couple who are both in their 20's. We're easy going, laid back, enjoy beautiful food, chat in the large back yard and enjoy the feeding fishes in the pool, and.... yes, we plant some simple vegetables in the backyard. LOL. . And we live in a large two-story house in Glen Iris, which is safe & quite & convenient to city. less than 10 mins to train station, 20 mins get to city. close to some schools.
The house was built in 1970s, so it is a little bit old now. But it will not affect our lives there. It will only give us some sense of culture of the city to us. LOL, just kidding. The double story house actually have 5 rooms, but we will leave one room empty to promote the quality of life. Yeah, sounds good? And the house has two kitchens. Two living room. One large balcony. 2 Big trees, and one fish pool. Enjoy it.
Currently, we have only the big room available with simple furnished. Include beds, desks, chairs and build-in wardorb. We want some like mind people to fill in this room. And we can enjoy the food, chat, and go to the beach maybe. pets are welcomed. smoke outside only. The room is on the first floor, which is 180/w. the rent include all bill exclude electricity, (which you may know, we cant afford the heaters in winter, so we share the electricity. )
And also there's another room will be on rent at the end of Feb. This one is also capable of serve two people. So it is big enough. the rent is 180/w as well.
If you are the one we are looking for, prices are negotiable, but wont be too much. We want to rent out these rooms asap. So dont hesitate to contact me.
PS. NO PARTY ANIMALS. Although we can get together and have fun occationally, no party all the time.
