We are looking for a female roommate to share a three-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Briarwood. One year lease preferred. The rent is $710/$610/$480 for each room, plus electricity and internet. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet while the living room and kitchen are shared by the three roommates.

The apartment is a-7min-walk to E/F train Briarwood/Van wyck station and Q44/20/60 bus stop. It takes about 25 min to midtown by train and 20min to flushing by bus. The location is convenient to coffee shops, grocery stores, laundry, and restaurants.

We are two Chinese graduate students. We are quiet, clean and easy-going. We would like to find a roommate who is also serious, reliable and willing to communicate.
