Opposite to Monash University Clayton campus (1 min if you run, 3 mins if you walk, and only 5 mins if you wander lol), the place is close to everything yet not very noisy. Ideal for students or working professionals who are looking for a quiet place to stay. Close to various bus stops (3mins!) and Clayton Train Station.
-What you will get: *Your room: study table, lamp, single bed and large built in wardrobe. It does not face street and has no direct sunshine, definitely a cool place to stay during summer time. *Internet: 150GB fast & stable broadband ($23.3 per person per month) *Living room: 32’ Plasma HD TV, cosy sofa, plenty of sunlight. *Kitchen: sandwich maker, mixer, microwave, oven, fridge, gas stove, kettle etc, large pantry to share (though may need to have your cookwares and cutleries, we don’t share them). *Bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet. *Others: deducted heating, reliable washing machine, bbq and parking is available
-What we are looking for: We are looking for a responsible, mature and clean person to share this place. You don’t have to be a neat freak but you have to keep the common areas tidy. Must be able to share the housework (cleaning for common areas twice a month).
*Your future housemate: You will be sharing with two working professionals (one female and one male) both in their mid 20s. We work Mon - Fri normal business hours and enjoy a night or a day out over the weekend. But at home we want to have a place to relax and no parties please.
