We are 4 girls (Chinese-American, ages 23-26) looking for a female roommate (preferrably in their 20s) to rent a bedroom in our 5-bedroom apt. We are looking for someone CLEAN that can pick up after themselves and can split household chores with us, such as cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.
A little about the apt: it's on the 3rd and last floor of our building, there are 2 bathrooms, the room for rent has 3 windows, so there's plenty of sunlight and fresh air, it is for one person only, so no live-in boyfriend/friends/family, please. The apartment is located in Brooklyn, on 60th street between 4th and 5th ave, just half a block away from the 59th street station with N & R trains--only 20 minutes from Manhattan.
The rent is $500 including all utilities. The room is UNfurnished and will be available starting Oct. 1st--this is a LONG-TERM rental (so those renting for a year or longer will have priority). Rent is due on the second to last day of the previous month and a one-month deposit will be required.
