Looking for responsible, respectful housemate, who is either a student (Monash University nearby) or works full time. You must be friendly by nature, CLEAN and TIDY without compromise.

The home is a large house / 4 bedrooms brick veneer / 2 separate living areas / Large Kitchen / 2 Bathrooms/Toilets / Wardrobes in rooms. Main room has its on private shower/toilet and large walk in wardrobes. Lovely back yard, garage and separate shed / driveway to fit 4 cars. House comes with furnishings / 2 TV's / Fridge / Microwave / Wood heater for a cosy night at the house etc and has recently been painted.

The home is situated a couple of minutes walk from the Karingal Hub shopping centre (133 shops) - Bus stops situated 50 meters away from the house and at the shopping centre 769, 770, 771, 789, 790 & 791 bus routes. The home is available immediately and will rent out, on a room by room basis.

Quiet, friendly & clean environment, with senior neighbours on either side of the property – so I need decent / good people.
