My place is located at Pennant Hills, 10 min walk to station. 10-15 min train ride to Macquarie Uni, 45 - 50 mins to the city.

Looking for 1 or 2 Chinese persons who can share a large room. The reason why I am looking for Chinese room mates is because I study Chinese (Mandarin). Other than being able to speak Chinese, so long as you are clean and tidy, and help with housework , I am sure we can not only be good room mates but also be good friends too. One other thing I'd prefer non-smokers.
About myself, I don't drink or smoke, I am not the wild type, I like spend time with my daughter on weekends. My 4 year old daughter stays with me on the weekend. I enjoy great outdoors on the weekend. I enjoy attempting to cook and eating Chinese/Asian food. Have an interest in Asian culture as well. My nationality is Australian, I was born in Sydney. I had 2 room mates in which I found on this website who recently departed. They have become wonderful friends I was so sorry to see them go back to China. They were here for 2.5 years.
About the place , you would have your own shower/toilet located in laundry. Your room Includes a double bed and single bed , TV/DVD, study desk. It is the biggest bedroom in the house in a quiet location.
More details of the cost as follows, its 150 dollars for two people , 130 dollars for one person .Wireless Internet available if your computer has a wireless card (at no charge) but need to be careful of excessive usage. Share cost of electricity (50% approx $100 a quarter) . I have an ip phone line and you will need to pay for your usage if you make a calls.
if you like gardening you are welcome to help but it is not necessary.
