Who? I am an ACU nursing student, female. I am an easygoing person, considerate, warm-hearted, quiet, tidy, non-smoker, and non-drinker. And I do not cook too much-since I am not good at cooking ;-) I would not keep any pet, but I do not mind if my roommate would keep pets.

When? At the moment, I am in Sydney. And I will arrive in Brisbane at 24 Mar. I hope that I could rent the room for at least six months.

Where? Northern suburb and there is a railway station nearby，the best district would be BANYO postcode 4014，NUNDAH postcode 4012， TOOMBUL postcode 4012，NORTHGATE postcode 4013.

Price and type: Looking for single-room (75-95 AUD per week) or share a room with another female roommate (50-75 AUD per week). It does not matter if the accommodation is a house o flat or townhouse etc.

Requirement: The room could be completely unfurnished (even without bed). That would be OK if it is furnished as well. The bedroom has a window and a lock on the door. The rent includes internet fee, water and electricity. Maybe occasionally, I would use the phone. As a result, if the rent includes telephone bill, that would be wonderful.
