Small room on upper floor:
This room is located in the middle of the house so there is lack of natural sun light. Sharing kitchen and bathroom with 5 other room mates (One Chinese female student, one Mongolain student. one Taiwanese male professional and a Chinese couple). Room will be available on 6/8/2019
Rent: $780 include water, electricity and garbage only with free internet access and washer and dryer.

Free internet, washer and dryer in the house.
15 minutes walking distance to SFSU or two Muni M line stops away from SFSU

Rules of the house:
No over night guest after 10 pm unless preapprove by landlord
No illegal drugs
No sublease
No pets allow
Need to respect other room mates in the house and keep noise volume down after 10pm

First month rent and one month rent security deposit to move in.

Rent is due on the first date of each month.
