Price: $150/week, paid on fortnight basis

Lease Period: 28th Nov (Thursday) – 23rd Feb (Sunday). You can move in any time between 28th 30th Nov and there is no rent charged on these days. The actually payment starts from Sunday (1st Dec) and you will pay the rent for in total 12 full weeks until 23rd Feb

Room Type: Very well furnished single room

Furnishing: The house is fully furnished with washing machine, fridges, microwaves, stoves, etc.

Shopping: The house is 15-min walking distance away from Broadway Shopping Center.

Tennant Environment: There are 6 other tenants living in the 2-storey terrace, most of whom are from mainland China. The house has a quiet environment.

Living Environment: Safe (20 meters away from Sydney University Security Service Building)

Toilet: 2 toilets are shared by all tenants

Bill: Gas, Electricity, water are include in the rent. Internet is excluded.

Essential Requirements on tenants: Pets, parties are not allowed in the house. Smokers are not accepted.

Preferred Tenants: Students/Staff Workers in Sydney University from China

Bond: If decision is made to rent the house, a deposit of 2 weeks is required ($300). This deposit will be used as the rent for the first two weeks during renting period. No other bonds are required.

Contract: A paper contract will be provided for this short term lease. The end date of the lease period will strictly apply (the tenant cannot continue staying in the house after 23rd Feb, 2014).
