We got a single room in an apartment to rent,near Swinburn Uni. The room is available now, clean and tidy.

The apartment locates near Auburn Station,about 5 mins walk. In the middle of Glenferrie and Camberwell Station, about 15mins walk. It takes about 12 mins to walk to Swinburn Uni and 20 mins by train to city.

There is a big closet in the room, so you canput lots of stuff in it. And a single bed , a study table. Clean kitchen, withbig fridge.

150/ week,
sharing all bills. Wifi internet 500G / $50 permonth.

Now two people live in and welcome a third girl or a clean guy, non-smoke.
