I live in a three bedroom/two bathroom ground floor apartment at Highland Lake. Unfortunately, one of my roommates and I are having financial problems and need people to take over our leases until May 31st. The other roommate is female and a senior at Emory. One room has a walk in closet and a connecting door to the bathroom. Rent for that room is $550 a month plus utilities. The other room has lots of natural light and a big closet. That room is around $535 a month plus utilities. Utilities usually come out to less that $75 a person. Both room share a bathroom.
The bathroom is large with a shower/tub and a linen closet. Spacious living room/dining room connect to a balcony. Ceiling fan/light in every room. Brand new AC/heat. Lots of storage space throughout the apartment.
Very close to Clairmont Campus and the Emory Cliff shuttles. A car is not necessary for Emory students.
The apartment is located near the workout center (24/7), swimming pools (24/7), and the mailboxes. Apartment complex is pet friendly. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Walk in pantry houses a washing machine and a dryer.
