我签了semester 2 的offer，如今因不能及时入住，打算cancel掉，如果有朋友还在排队，可以直接联系我，我把名额给你，你直接和Village签合同就行了。这是village contract的价格~因为我直接cancel需要交一个星期的cancel fee，如果有waiting list的朋友要，那就双方受惠。
