Located in SouthBank, 3 mins walk to St Kilda Rd, there are NO. 3, 5, 8, 16, 27, 64, 72 trams to go to CITY, Melbourne Uni, RMIT, or other UNIs and TAFEs in the CITY, it only takes 3 mins to CITY , 15mins to Crown, It's a perfect location for students and office workers in the city.

I have a room available to share, the bedroom includes one single bed, a computer desk and a built-in BIG wardrobe with mirror door.
The Rent is $145 per week, sharing bills.

Rental will be required to be paid every month in advance; bond would be equal to a month rental and is essential to be paid in advance as well.
